Liv Wynter + Emily Pope
28th October 2017 - 28th October 2017
LIV WYNTER + EMILY POPE SATURDAY 28 OCTOBER 7PM
In Liv Wynter’s work, feelings manifest themselves in beautiful verse and delivery. Self-described as a working-class and queer artist, Liv delivers thought-provoking performances that both touch on her personal experiences and feed into the wider truths of society. She will be joined by Emily Pope, Plymouth-born artist interested in the currency of sociopolitical and/or feminist monologues, and is very interested in how pain can be manipulated through humour, and presented virtually. She makes t-shirts, bags, audio and film. She also writes and does readings. She has recently exhibited and performed at: ICA London; Auto Italia, London; Ladette Space, London, Hester, New York.
Join them for artist talks and powerful performances - for a rare opportunity to see these artists in Plymouth. Book your place here.
